Agreement to Terms

By registering for the Spring BAM Classic golf outing event, whether as a team participant or sponsor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not register for or participate in the event.

Definitions

• Event: The Spring BAM Classic charity golf outing
• Organizer: BAMWX LLC and its representatives
• Beneficiary: Funkcancer Foundation Inc., the charitable organization receiving event proceeds
• Participant: Any individual registered to play in the event
• Team: A group of up to four participants registered together
• Sponsor: Any individual or organization that has purchased a sponsorship package

Event Registration

All registrations are subject to availability. Registration is not complete until payment has been received or payment arrangements have been confirmed. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual or team at its sole discretion.

Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that golf involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from swinging clubs, being struck by golf balls or carts, slipping, falling, and exposure to weather conditions. By registering, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants and sponsors waive any claims against the Organizer, the golf course, volunteers, and sponsors for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event. This waiver applies to claims arising from negligence but does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

• Follow all golf course rules and etiquette
• Treat fellow participants, staff, and volunteers with respect
• Refrain from any behavior that could endanger themselves or others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Consume alcohol responsibly if of legal drinking age

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the event for violations of the code of conduct without refund.

Photography and Media Release

By participating in the event, you grant the Organizer permission to use photographs, video recordings, and other media featuring you for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials.

Weather and Cancellation

The event will be held rain or shine. In the case of severe weather or other circumstances that make the event unsafe or impossible to conduct, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued at the Organizer's discretion.

Intellectual Property

All event materials, logos, and branding are the property of the Organizer and may not be used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the courts of Johnson County, Indiana.
